COPYRIGHT *

Copyright is protected by the Federal Copyright Law. It is unlawful to copy or scan any images without permission of the photographer. Robin Hansen Photography retains the copyright and ownership of all images of the photo session and reserves the right to reproduce images for portfolio, studio display, gallery display, website, self-promotion, photo contests, etc. Clients are not allowed to reproduce any images produced by the photographer for any purpose without written consent. It is illegal to alter, scan, copy, screen shot, save proofs, or use the images in a way not allowed without permission. Digital images may be used by client for personal website, personal professional websites, social networking sites, or shared to other private parties. Only included watermarked images may be used for these purposes. Any violation of the copyright law will be prosecuted by Robin Hansen Photography to the full extent of the law with fines of up to $50,000.

MODEL RELEASE *

I hereby consent that the photographs taken during our session by Robin Hansen Photography may be used; for the purpose of display, Facebook sneak peeks, portfolio, advertising, competitions, or publication to promote the studio. I further agree that the images can be used without additional compensation to the undersigned. I also declare that I have legal authority to grant these permissions and I accept all responsibilities for such. I have read the foregoing and fully understand the contents hereof.

PAYMENT

Your session deposit of $100 is due upon the signing of this agreement. Robin Hansen Photography considers a session booked only upon receipt of payment. The rest of the session fee is due at the time of session. No part of any order, including previews, will be delivered until balance is paid in full. All monies paid are non-refundable.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY *

While every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver the desired images of your session, Robin Hansen Photography’s liability to the Client(s) for any damage or loss arising during or after the session is limited to a photo reshoot free of charge, in substitution for the choice of any legal actions. Because of the time spent, before, during and after the original session, the deposit is non-refundable. Robin Hansen Photography is not liable for any injuries, loss or damage of property proceeding, during, and following a session. Any breakage or damage to equipment, or studio contents by client are the sole financial responsibility of client.

PHOTOGRAPHIC RENDERING *

While Robin Hansen Photography may capture many images during your session, you will see only those images selected by the photographer for previewing. Each finished image is carefully edited by the photographer to ensure maximum artistry and technical perfection. Images with eyes closed, heads turned, duplicates, etc. will not be shown. No unedited images will be released. Basic and necessary touch-ups will be performed at the discretion of the photographer. Any requests above what is presented in the online viewing gallery will be billed at $60/hour. This may include things such as extensive blemish or scar removal, head swapping, body slimming, etc.

GALLERY VIEWING & ORDERING *

Under normal circumstances your images will be ready to be viewed within 2-3 weeks of your session. After your session you will receive a sneak peek of your images posted on Robin Hansen Photography's Facebook page or blogsite. Once your images are ready, you will receive an email with a password protected online viewing gallery. You may share viewing gallery with friends and family. During this time you will be able to place a print/product order. Your gallery will expire after two months and all print credits must be placed prior to this time. If gallery expires, a $100 prepayment is required to re-upload images back to online viewing gallery for 7 days. The prepayment will go towards your product purchase. Prepayment is due before any products are ordered. Appointments can be made for in-person ordering and wall gallery designs.

PRINT/PRODUCT AGREEMENT *

Orders must be paid for in full before they will be processed. Print orders normally take 1-2 weeks to be delivered. Canvas prints and any design work for cards, photo books, or Organic Bloom frames may take additional time. All sales are final due to the custom nature of each session. All ordered images are kept on file for two years after your initial order. All images that are not ordered will be kept on file for 1 year only.

NO WARRANTY OF LONGEVITY *

Photographer does not warrant the longevity in quality of any digital media or files delivered to Client. Client bears the sole responsibility for backing up, archiving, and maintaining the integrity of the files. If Client chooses to print digital files through a third-party lab, the results of the prints are not guaranteed for color, quality or longevity. Client is also aware that color dyes in photography may fade or discolor over time due to the inherent qualities of dyes, and Client releases Robin Hansen Photography from any liability for any claims whatsoever based upon fading or discoloration due to such inherent qualities.
